Delivery and Payment Policy

1. PAYMENT METHODS FOR ORDERS
All the prices of the products and services presented on the Site, regardless of their specifics and do not include VAT.
The User/Client can opt for one of the following methods of paying for the products and/or for the ordered services:
a) online payment with the card, in full safety conditions, at the time of placing the order. The cards accepted for payment are those issued under the logos VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro), without charging an additional commission for the Consumer, with the exception of payments made in a currency other than the national one (RON), in which case it will be charged a currency exchange fee, according to the policy of the bank issuing the card. In this case, the Transactions are carried out through the computer systems of the online processor under conditions of maximum security;
b) by order of payment/deposit into the account.
When selecting the online payment option with the card, the User/Client is redirected to the payment page of the online payment processor. No information related to the User/Client card will be stored on our servers. The User/Client who pays online must provide the processor with all the details required on his payment page.
Payment for digital books and/or online services offered through the Site is made exclusively online (by debit card/order payment.

2. DELIVERY OF ORDERS
The provider undertakes to ship the products ordered by the User/Client, through the following methods:
a) electronic delivery – in the case of books in digital format and online services offered through the Website.
The delivery price is displayed at the time of completing the Order. For electronic products, the delivery consists of receiving a notification to the e-mail address provided by the User/Client with the link where the product can be accessed/downloaded, together with the login data on the platform (user and password) and the additional information necessary to access / its downloads. The notification is received by e-mail within a maximum of 24 hours after the payment of the order has been registered.
During busy periods (Christmas, Santa Claus, Easter, June 1, etc.) there may be delays in the delivery of the products compared to the deadline estimate initially communicated.

The seller cannot be held responsible for the erroneous delivery of an order or part of it if such events are generated by the fault of the User/Client by providing an e-mail address erroneous or fortuitous cases or situations of force majeure.
